Most products (T-shirts, hoodies, dresses, sweaters, ...): Production takes 3–7 days, followed by 5–12 days of shipping depending on your location.

Dress shirts (with colored collars & cuffs): Our premium dress shirts are handcrafted by a specialized partner in Asia. Because of the more detailed production process, delivery takes a bit longer:
Production: 7–10 days
Shipping: 10–14 days

Most of our products—such as T-shirts, hoodies, dresses, sweaters—are locally printed in the US, EU, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Each order is routed to the closest available production partner to ensure fast delivery and high-quality printing.

Our premium dress shirts are crafted by a specialized manufacturer in East Asia. This partner focuses exclusively on high-end shirt production, which allows us to offer better stitching, sharper collar designs, and superior durability.

Because every product is made to order, we don’t keep stock and we don’t resell returned items. For this reason, we cannot accept returns for size changes or “change of mind.” This helps us reduce waste and keep our prices fair.

However, we always stand behind the quality of our products.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost.
