All items sold by YVDdesign are made to order and created specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or personal preference.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@yvddesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or design selections. Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items printed or produced specifically for you
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Face masks
  • Discounted or sale items

Order Accuracy

Orders placed with incorrect sizing or details selected by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
