Tracking
All orders are shipped with full tracking. A tracking link will be sent to you by email once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the type of product ordered. The estimates below include preparation and shipping.
- Most apparel & accessories: 7–15 business days
- Shoes, dress shirts, car seat covers & select accessories: up to 21 business days
During busy periods such as holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We recommend ordering well in advance for gifts or special occasions.
Wrong Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping once an updated address is provided.
Unclaimed Packages
Shipments that are not claimed and are returned to our facility may be reshipped at the customer’s expense, if applicable.
Lost in Transit
If a package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Please note that if tracking information confirms an order was delivered, we are unable to reship the order.
