Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@yvddesign.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
The tables with the correct size in inches and centimeters can be found as a photo with the photos of the product in question. Please be sure to review this size chart before making a purchase. Be sure to check your own hip, waist and chest measurements if necessary. An incorrectly purchased size cannot be exchanged or returned.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Returns must be sent back to the country of origin. The return address can be found on the shipping label.
RETURN PROCESS
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at info@yvddesign.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
Place the item securely in its original packaging.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Returning discounted products is not allowed.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least twenty one (21) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clothing printed especially for you
- Face Masks
- Underwear
- Swimwear
We do not take back products that you have ordered incorrectly.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note
- Returns must be sent in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
- The products must not be damaged.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Use a traceable method for returning the product.
- Returning discounted products is not allowed.
